This chapter is an outline for now. The book is written in public: the full text, stories and cases will be added to this page, at this same address.
Most people borrow when they are short of money. The wealthy borrow while they have plenty, and banks are happier to lend to them. The chapter introduces credit, assets, cash flow and collateral, and shows that lenders care less about need than about repayment capacity and security.
Wealth itself is the fulcrum for access to more capital.
This book is general education, not investment, tax or lending advice.
